Fred Forsythe is a USCG licensed Charter Captain, a registered guide in the state of New York, and has fished Erie and Chautauqua Lakes for over 20 years. He fishes for pleasure as well as participating as a competitive tournament angler throughout NY, PA, OH, and MI.
